Who runs this site

mbdev.space is the portfolio of Michael Bitton (MBD), an independent web developer in Israel. You can reach him at mbd@mbdev.space or on WhatsApp.

Using the site

You may read, link to and quote this site. The screenshots on it show sites built for clients; those sites, their names and their content belong to their owners and are shown here as examples of the work.

The design, code and text of mbdev.space belong to Michael Bitton. Search engines may index them. They may not be used to train AI models without permission.

Briefs and messages

Starting a brief only writes a message; nothing is sent until you send it yourself in WhatsApp or email. Those services handle your message under their own terms.

A brief is not an order or a quote. Any work is agreed separately, in writing.

Privacy

This site has no accounts for visitors, no advertising and no tracking cookies. The brief you build is kept only in your browser for the current visit (session storage) and is cleared when you close the tab.

If you write to Michael, your name, number or address and what you wrote are used only to answer you and to do the work you ask for.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Michael Bitton is not liable for losses from using it, as far as the law allows.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
